4. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

We do not guarantee income, profits, results, or success of any kind.

Any income examples, testimonials, or case studies are not typical, are not guarantees, and are provided for illustrative purposes only. Your results depend on multiple factors including effort, execution, market conditions, and consistency.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing. You are responsible for all fees associated with your participation in the Services. Termination of access does not entitle you to a refund.

• Follow all applicable laws, platform rules, and regulations
• Not misuse, copy, resell, or redistribute Company materials

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination without refund.
